Mission

To train food engineers with professional and ethical responsibility who contribute to the development of food science and food processing techniques by following them, and to contribute to the literature by conducting scientific research at national and international standards.

Vision

To be a preferred education and research institution in the national and international arena that places importance on the understanding of continuous development in education, can contribute to the scientific and technological developments of the age, and can produce solutions to problems, while training qualified food engineers who conduct scientific research aimed at revealing and developing products with added value for our region and country.
